KYOTO MUSEUM OF TRADITIONAL CRAFTS (Fureaikan)


The exhibition focuses on the history and manufacturing process of each crafts with display, film and books.

On display are stone lanterns, fishing rods, textiles, paper fans, umbrellas, boxwood combs, lacquerware, Buddhist altars, and Noh masks. There are also videos that demonstrate the step-by-step production of the items with explanations in English.
