Most International flights arrive at Leonardo da Vinci (aka: Fiumicino). Some international and low-cost carriers land at the civil and military Ciampino Airport.
ARRIVING AT LEONARDO DA VINCI (FIUMICINO)
The fastest way to get to central Rome is by train, particularly the Leonardo Express, which runs every 30 mins and takes about 35 mins non -stop to get to Termini, Rome's main train station. (price around 11 Euro)
A coach Bus shuttle is another option to take you to central Rome . There are several companies offering this service, which you will find on arrivals. (Around 8 Euros).
Taxis are of course available, but will cost around 60 euro.

ARRIVING AT CIAMPINO AIRPORT
This is a very small airport and there are no train services at the airport.
Your options are a Coach Bus Shuttle to central Rome, which you can buy tickets for at arrivals or on most budget flights before you reach the airport.(Price 8 to 9 euros).
Or you can get a local bus that takes you to the ANAGNINA metro station (Line A), where you then take the metro to central Rome. (Price around 1 euro for bus and around 1 euro for metro).
Or a local bus to Ciampino railway station, where you can take a train to central Rome. (Train Price around 2 Euro).
Taxis are of course available, costing around 30 euro.
