HOW TO GET PERUGIA Perugia (Aeroporto Sant'Egidio - PEG) has a small airport open only during the day, and no International flights arrive there, although some budget airlines do in the summer months. Normally, you would have to fly to Milan and then change for a flight to Perugia. Or fly to Rome and then take a bus or train to Perugia. From Perugia Airport you can take a local bus to Perugia city centre for a few euros. Or you can take a taxi. The airport is 12km (7 miles) from Perugia.
