02  Matthias Church (Matyas Templom)

04  Basilica of St Stephen
    (Szent Istvan Bazilika)

05  Buda Castle (Royal Palace)

The palace has been destroyed and rebuilt many times over the centuries. The Buda Castle Quarter, is now a World Heritage Site. Houses the Hungarian National gallery and Budapest History Museum. Matyas Fountain (1904) stands in the northwest courtyard. A Labyrinth of caves is situated in a depth of several storeys, under Buda Castle.
