Parc Asterix is a theme park based on the adventures of the popular cartoon character, Astérix. It is located around 38km (23 miles) from central Paris.
It is a cheaper option to Disneyland Paris, and is a fun place for all the family. The park takes visitors on a themed journey from historic cultures such as the Romans and the ancient Greeks.
Rides include a variety of roller coasters; log flume ride, an haunted mansion; a swinging ship; a rapid river ride etc.

How to Get There
RER B3 line to Aeroport Charles de Gaulle . Then bus to Parc Astérix.
or a special shuttle departing from the Louvre! By the entrance to the Louvre Carroussel (rue Rivoli) or the Pyramid. Daily departures at 9.45 am. Return at 6pm. Round-trip fare: € 20 adult.
