
The London Aquarium opened in 1997 and is one of Europe's largest displays of Aquatic life and home to over 400 species in over 50 displays, from sharks, stingrays and clown fish, to moray eels, lionfish and sideways walking crabs, displayed in over 2 million litres of water.
The London Aquarium is divided into 14 different zones. Each zone represents the different types of seas and waters in the world, from freshwater streams to tropical rainforests.

Last admission is one hour before closing time.
London Aquarium is open everyday except Christmas Day.

Location
From Westminster, exit onto Westminster Bridge (Exit 1) and then cross over the Bridge. London Aquarium is visible from the Bridge.
From Waterloo follow the exit signs for the South Bank (Exit 6) and walk towards the London Eye. London Aquarium is in County Hall, next to the Eye.
