The Montreal Tower Observatory is located in the highest inclined tower in the world, which is part of the Olympic Stadium. It has 175-metre elevation and 45-degree angle. You can get the best views of Montreal from here.
Another fun feature is that you gain access to the tower by the funicular, which runs on the outside of the tower and features large windows in the cabin so you can look out. It is also the only funicular in the world that works on a curbed structure; a hydraulic system allows the cabin to remain horizontal at all times as it glides up the back of the Tower.
The Observatory is close to other attractions including The Olympic stadium (Attached to it!), The Biodome (Next Door) and The Botanical Gardens/Insectarium. a few minutes walk away.
