Most streets in the inner-ring are interesting for shopping. The Rotenturmstrasse and Graben area near Stephansdom is particularly popular selling handicrafts, classical music, designer clothes, books etc. You will also find several cobbled streets and shopping arcades.
Just outside the inner-ring is one of the longest shopping streets in Vienna, Mariahilferstrasse, (around 3km - 2 miles long), which stretches from Babenbergerstrasse all the way to Schönbrunn. Here you will find a diverse mix of shops from boutique to chain stores.
